Jeremy Louison is a Memphis-based pastor, leadership coach, and founder of Field & Flock , a coaching ministry that walks with leaders to help them lead with clarity, cultivate with care, and flourish with purpose. Serving as the lead pastor of Pioneer Church, Jeremy has spent over a decade building a Christ-centered culture where people experience healing, transformation, and kingdom identity.

For over a decade, Jeremy has poured his life into raising up leaders, building healthy church culture, and reaching the community through authenticity and presence. His work focuses on helping leaders deepen their identity in Christ, avoid burnout, and develop sustainable ministry rhythms that foster real impact.

Jeremy has served in a variety of ministry contexts and now coaches pastors, church planters, and leaders across the country. His coaching helps leaders:
